This is a high speed machine producing inner boxes of card board from a reel. The reel stand locates outside the machine and designed for an easy attendance without manual lifting of the reel. The cardboard is feed between creasing rollers and this rollers feed the cardboard through tools which punch and cut off. Then it passes glue rollers which apply glue on the outer and inner flaps. During this travel, the folding is performed. The final folding of the ends of the box is made when the blank is pushed out from the forming wheel into a cup chain. The finished box is pushed off from the cups into an air blowing pipe line for transporting to the bunker of inner box supplying in match filling and box combining machine.

This is a high speed match outer box making machine for producing outer boxes of cardboard from skillets. The process of making outer box is divided, skillet feeding, gluing, folding, pressing, forming and drying stages. Skillet feeder pick each one skillet from skillet magazine and pass between the forming bar with gluing. After gluing, skillets is folded and pressed so that out box can have right angled sleeve type.
